As I posted yesterday, Elanor was released from the NICU in the afternoon and had a great nursing session. We expected to take her home today ( Read more... )

Elanor is out of the NICU!!!!!

AND....

At her last feeding she latched right on and breastfed for almost 1/2 an hour. We still had to give her supplemental formula, but the instinct IS there and we may not have as many issues as we thought with the transition away from formula to breast milk.

How old is your baby? : Vee is 4 weeks 3days old today!

What's going on with your baby?: Shes doing good, she has been having some pooping issues but i am going to talk to her doc about that. we already had to put her on the gas drops and now shes farting like a pro! very loudly and they startle her awake somtimes beause of the noise lol

So, this has taken me almost a week to post, Natalie turned ONE on Monday! We had her party this last Saturday and it was a ton of fun. Although, the weather forced us to move the party inside and my slide show of her photos since birth decided not to work ( Read more... )
